Steve King is the consummate real estate professional. He does not approach real estate as a job or as a career -- but as a passion. Steve has been in the real estate business, as an investor and then as a real estate agent, for the last 35 years. He understands the real estate transaction and the client-agent relationship from all perspectives -- the buyer, the seller, and the real estate agent, because he is experienced in all of these roles. Steve considers his ability to understand his customer´s needs as the most critical component contributing to his success as a real estate agent.


Steve´s main objectives with each of his real estate clients are:

* To make frequent and effective communication with his real estate clients his #1 priority.

* To find homes for his clients that meet their requirements and desires and not to settle for anything less.

* To negotiate deals on seller´s properties for the highest obtainable price in the least time possible using his knowledge and expertise.

* To facilitate deals for buyers to obtain properties for the lowest obtainable price possible

* To provide the most professional, courteous, and timely service possible.

Steve specializes in investment properties; executive properties and relocations; and corporate accounts such as bank properties and foreclosures. He has a bachelor´s degree in Electronics Engineering and has received his Real Estate Quantum Systems Certification designation.

Steve is originally from Australia, and speaks a multitude of languages including English, Greek,  and French. He is currently working on mastering Spanish. 

In Steve´s free time, he enjoys keeping up with the latest in computer technology, investing online in the stock market, cooking gourmet meals, traveling, and skiing and hiking.
